# Refund via manual bank transfer
This method allows you to collect and record customer bank account details so you can manually transfer the money back to them. ParcelWILL helps you organize these details and calculate the total refund amount, but it does not automatically execute the actual payment to the bank.
You can customize exactly which bank information you want to collect from your customers.
The titles of these required information fields can be customized in the **Return page language settings.**
