## How to connect your DHL account to auto-generate return labels?

To create return labels using the API Returns, the following prerequisites must be fulfilled:

* A valid business customer contract with DHL Paket GmbH for the products *DHL Retoure Online* and/or *DHL Retoure International (Create business account link:* [*https://www.dhl.de/en/geschaeftskunden/paket/leistungen-und-services/retoure.html*](https://www.dhl.de/en/geschaeftskunden/paket/leistungen-und-services/retoure.html)*)*
* Access to the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal with the authorization for the function "Returns"\
  <https://www.dhl.de/en/geschaeftskunden/paket/kunde-werden/angebot-dhl-geschaeftskunden-online.html>  (If you would like to request access to the Post & DHL Business Customer Portal, please contact DHL sales department.)

Then refer to the guidelines below to complete the creation of the DHL API project and populate the Return app integration input box with the API information. (we will ensure that the merchant information is protected and secure.)

### Step1. Login and Creating a DHL returns app

#### Log in the DHL Developer account.

### Step2. Put the DHL API Key in the Return app DHL integration page

#### Complete the test using a De shipping to a De address.
