# Logistics integration

### Overview

Integrate into your shipping service and customize the settings used to generate return labels.&#x20;

We currently take an indirect integration approach, where you will use your carrier account to complete the connection;\

We expect to complete the integration of mainstream 20 carriers within 3 months, currently not yet integrated carriers, you can contact us for feedback to add carriers integration.

### Planned features

* **Integrate more carriers and support more countries and regions.**
* **Direct integration with carriers, where merchants can obtain lower discounts on reverse logistics, and pickup service.**
* **Work with companies at offline drop-off points to enable boxless, labelless sweep returns.**
