# CWILL Returns Carrier

### What is CWILL Returns carriers

CWILL returns integrate with multiple carrier platform. Once you add funds and switch on, you can issue label within return management for your customers. Providing labels for your customer for their return request help to faster the return process, and let customer more convinent in sending back item. You can also the reverse shipment status for the return item.

### Add funds

Make sure you have enough balance for CWILL Returns carriers payments.

### Switch on ideal carriers

In Return setting -> Logistics integration -> CWILL Returns carriers, switch on your ideal carriers, you can have a brief of supported route by reading the help text.

### Testing issuing label

In return management. When approving a return, select the ideal carriers and entering necessary field. Click approve and see the available service. Choose the ideal service for the specific carriers.
