# Welcome

Find guides, tutorials, and answers to manage returns, exchanges, and refunds on your Shopify store.

CWILL Returns (Formerly ParcelPanel Returns)  helps Shopify merchants turn costly returns into revenue-retaining exchanges, automated refunds, and better customer experiences — all from one app.

### What is CWILL Returns?

CWILL Returns is a Shopify app that automates your entire returns process. Instead of handling returns manually through email and spreadsheets, your customers submit return requests through a branded self-service portal. You set the rules — return windows, eligible products, refund methods — and the app handles the rest.

The app is part of the CWILL Returns post-purchase suite, alongside [CWILL Order Tracking](https://apps.shopify.com/parcelpanel?) and [CWILL Shipping Protection](https://docs.parcelpanel.com/shopify/shipping-protection/).
