# Welcome

ParcelWILL (Formerly ParcelPanel) Returns & Exchanges helps Shopify merchants turn costly returns into revenue-retaining exchanges, automated refunds, and better customer experiences — all from one app.

### What is ParcelWILL Returns & Exchanges?

ParcelWILL Returns & Exchanges is a Shopify app that automates your entire returns process. Instead of handling returns manually through email and spreadsheets, your customers submit return requests through a branded self-service portal. You set the rules — return windows, eligible products, refund methods — and the app handles the rest.

The app is part of the ParcelWILL post-purchase suite, alongside [ParcelWILL Order Tracking](https://apps.shopify.com/parcelpanel?) and [ParcelWILL Shipping Protection](https://docs.parcelpanel.com/shopify/shipping-protection/).
